The new Shining Tongues record is about 93.777% done.
It seems to have squirted out in all directions like a 9 dimensional, snake-sphere pissing into the sun. Noisier and funkier than previous Tongues workings. But also quieter and ghostlier. Meditations on the human body! Doom-funk cosmic ethics! Apocalyptic visions of 90s UK Garage stars! Druidic folk music! Plus some fabulous harmony vocals by Imelda Lizal.
We have one more recording session, somewhere in France, to expel any excess demons or angels that might have got lodged in our curious little tummies. The eggs will be ready to hatch this Winter at the latest.
