Our SUMMER SOLSTICE series is part of an ongoing, 40 year song cycle which began back in 2009 when The Infinite Three started their WINTER SOLSTICE series. Ten Winter Solstice pieces were created by The Infinite Three over a ten year period, after which The Shining Tongues were formed and began issuing a new work on each Summer Solstice. Once ten of these have been completed, we'll move on to the the Vernal Equinoxes (again, ten pieces over ten years), and finally the Autumn Equinoxes, completing a four-decades-long song cycle.
